Welcome to Inspizone India Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website inspizone.co.in or enrolling in our training programs in Lucknow, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Training Programs
We provide Summer Training programs for MCA, BCA, B.Tech, and Diploma students. Course modules, duration, and fee structure are shared during the registration process.
2. Registration & Payment
- Students must provide accurate personal and academic information during registration.
- Course fees must be paid in advance or according to the approved payment plan.
- Registration fee is mandatory to reserve your seat and complete onboarding.
3. Refund Policy
- The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to reserve your seat and manage onboarding.
- Once the course has started, no refund will be applicable, regardless of attendance or participation.
- If a cancellation request is raised before the course start date, only the course fee portion (excluding registration fee) may be considered for refund.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp before the course commencement.
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after accessing live classes or recorded content.
- Inspizone India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a batch due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund, as applicable.
5. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline and professional behavior during training sessions.
- Any misconduct, abusive behavior, or disruption may result in termination without refund.
6. Certification
Students who successfully complete the training program will receive an official certificate issued by Inspizone India Pvt Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inspizone India Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any data loss, technical issues, or damages arising from the use of our website or participation in training programs.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All updates will be published on this page.
